Aquaculture Nutrigenomics & Metagenomics

Research: My research interest focuses on profiling of gene expression using qPCR and bacterial communities using 16S rRNA in response to dietary nutraceutical supplemented feed in fish for qualitative and quantitative enhancement of aquaculture production. I am also interested in the development of nutraceutical based diet using nutrigenomics approaches.
